On next May, we await you numerous at the 8th EuroSpeleo Forum in Millau-France. At the same time, will take place the FFS Congress that will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the birth of the French Federation in 1963.

Millau is a city of 25 000 inhabitants and it is situated in the heart of a regional natural reserve. It is surrounded with calcareous trays called the "Grands Causses" (huge limestone plateaus) (Larzac, Mejean, Noir, Sauveterre, etc).
Many major caves with dominant vertical lines are located there.

This speleological event Millau 2013 " is a free and open congress to all.
The registration is compulsory (free if you register before) and will allow the registered cavers to get a piece of the Anniversary cake during the festive evening of May 19th !

Around Millau, from May the 8th till May the 20th, 2013, you will be able to:

- Take advantage of rigged caves and canyons, and also sumps in the Grands Causses,
- Go to the evening parties free of charge and to the various conferences,
- Witness the attempt of world record of Tyrolean on rope (2 km), bigger than the one of Vercors 2008 (1,15 km),
- Visit freely the exhibitions among which the one of contemporary art on Bats,
- Practice other numerous Open Air activities in the region : hiking for any levels, climbing, via ferrata, mountain bike, hang-glider, paragliding, canoe-kayak in the exceptional landscapes of the Grands Causses.

For 3 days during the Congress (May 18th, 19th and 20th), you will reach freely stands, projections, and numerous other animations, etc....

We invite you to plan in advance your holidays, because we expect you from the 8 till the 20 May 2013 on the major Millau Grands Causses natural karstic park.
